CFC Controller

In RB Health, we believe that our success is driven by extraordinary people and now we look for a skilled CFC Controller to become part of our Nordic Finance team in Denmark.


Your role will be to overview and control the cost and overheads expenses for the Nordic region. You will expect to enrich your skills and Finance knowledge by developing your knowledge  CFC management. TheCFC Controller will be responsible for the Nordic region and will report directly to the Nordic regional Finance Director for our Health Business unit.


The CFC Controller will be working closely with the Finance Director and the Supply team within the Nordic region. The responsibilities are:

  • Monthly Financial closing process and ensure accurate booking and reporting of fixed costs according to company policy
  • Monthly review of Actuals vs. Plan, Latest estimation and highlight risks and opportunities;
  • Run up robust CFC planning and management process
  • Assist budget owners in the planning and forecasting process
  • Cooperation with all departments to control and optimize costs
  • Ability to interact with senior management with confidence and credibility to achieve financial commitments
  • Ability to provide financial support and handle multiple tasks within an open and interactive environment  
  • Ability to be working in details with accurate but also able to understand the big picture


Specific Requirements: 


  • Master’s degree in Finance, Controlling, Audit or Economics



  • Relevant experience within finance department preferably in FMCG company


  • Fluency in English
  • Fluency in one of Scandinavian languages is preferable


Other requirements:

  • Advanced Excel skills  – Power BI preferred
  • Fluency in English required. Knowledge of a Scandinavian language preferred
  • Excellent analytical skills and good business acumen 
  • Ability to think and act independently
  • High level of accountability & integrity
  • Good communication and influencing skills
  • Structured and good in tasks prioritization
  • Flexible and ability to work on changing environment
