NPI coordinator and Master Data Champion

In RB Health, we believe that our success is driven by extraordinary people and now we look for a temporary NPI & Master Data Champion to join our Nordic Supply team in Denmark. The role consists of co-ordinating projects linked to new product launches for Nordics market and administrating Master Data related to the projects and Health portfolio.


Main responsibilities:

  • Manage projects of new products launched in the business (from approval of the project until delivery to the customers, including the master data creation and maintenance in all systems). Own projects and ensure delivery on time
  • Responsible for any contingency planning and issues resolution during the projects – flag risk and create mitigation plan
  • Review on on-going basis product portfolio, product classification and suggest improvements of portfolio updated (including de-complexity projects). Accountable for portfolio management and complexity
  • Management of residual stocks and packaging effectively during product changeover including New Product Implementation, artwork updates and similar changes to existing products
  • Lead person for any communication between factories and the different functions of commercial business for new products implementation
  • Accountable for products changeover and its costs - ensuring minimal obsolete stock and scrapings and maximum availability until trade windows
  • Successful candidate in a role can receive additional responsibility in leading cross functional supply projects
  • Master Data Champion – responsible for inputs and managing data base of all products in the portfolio, including the new launches. Responsible for the data accuracy and inputting data on time to the systems used (ERP, SAP) and other necessary
  • Coordinate different departments to ensure correct master data management
  • international / local RB best practices
  • Secure consistency of the data and being a final check point before data go live in the system - after approval of all stakeholders
  • Key Measures:
  • OFR & PFR as per agreed targets
  • Deliver stock within agreed target and timings. Focus on initial stock of goods for the launch, scrapping of materials and co-packed items & cardboard inventory.
  • Support stock reconciliation for materials/displays in cooperation with demand planning.
  • NWC



  • Master’s degree or equivalent in Supply Chain, Project Management, Data Management



  • +1 year in Logistics, Supply or Demand planning (preferably from FMCG industry)



  • Fluency in English
  • Nice to have Scandinavian language
