The objective of the Sales controller is to drive financial performance for Reckitt Nordics. The sales controller will deliver financial insights, set and maintain internal controls and will play an important role in pricing and trade investment strategy.


The Sales Controller is a key finance person in the Nordic office. He/she is working very closely with the sales force and will have a great deal of challenges related to customer relationship. The position offers a unique combination of financial and commercial challenges. The Sales Controller will be working closely with the Country Sales Managers across the region.


The responsibilities are:

  • 1st point of contact in finance for Nordic Sales team
  • Budgeting and Forecasting
  • Controlling pricing and discount policies
  • Performing customer profitability analysis
  • Measuring and evaluating Trade spend effectiveness
  • Developing pricing and trade spend strategy
  • Providing financial support in contract negotiations
  • Maintaining financial control on balance sheet positions relating to trade investment
  • Writing business cases for new launches
  • Ad Hoc Financial Decision support for Sales (working closely with KAMs)



  • Master’s Degree in Business administration, Controlling or Economics
  • 3-5 years of experience in Commercial/Sales Controlling or Consulting Experience with Sales is highly valued.

  • Business acumen with strong analytical and modeling skills
  • An outgoing and dynamic personality with a high level of energy and drive
  • Ability to think and act independently
  • Strong negotiation and influencing skills
  • Knowledge of SAP is an advantage
