Sales Controller

In RB Health, we believe that our success is driven by extraordinary people and now we look for a skilled Sales Controller to become part of our Nordic Finance team in Denmark.


The objective of the Sales controller is to drive financial performance for RB Nordics (specifically in Denmark and Norway). The sales controller will deliver financial insights, set and maintain internal controls and will play an important role in pricing and trade investment strategy. The Sales Controller will be working closely with the Country Sales Manager of Denmark and Norway.


The responsibilities are:

  • 1st point of contact in finance for Denmark and Norway commercial team
  • Budgeting and Forecasting
  • Performing customer profitability analysis down to Gross Margin
  • Controlling pricing and discount policies & developing pricing and trade spend strategy
  • Measuring and evaluating Trade spend effectiveness
  • Cogs controlling for Denmark and Norway
  • Providing financial support in contract negotiations
  • Maintaining financial control on balance sheet positions relating to trade investment
  • Writing business cases for new launches
  • Ad Hoc Financial Decision support for Sales (working closely with KAMs)



  • Professional degree in Finance / Accounting



  • 3-5 years of experience in Commercial/Sales Controlling or Consulting Experience with Sales is highly valued.
