Student Worker

We are looking for a Student worker - Sales Coordinator that will be part of a dynamic team, where every day is different, challenging, and exciting. The student worker will be part of the local Sales team for RB Hygiene Nordics. 

 

The main responsibilities that the student worker will have are:

  • Drive specific projects and to support the KAMs and Channel Managers to deliver profitable growth in line with Company objectives
  • Lead the process around product launches, including preparation of trade stories and submission of Product information/codes (exder & validoo)
  • Perform data analysis and developing Sales arguments/Strategies to successfully grow our brands and deepen our relationships with our customers
  • Display process superuser and co-driver of Display strategy in the local market together with Channel Managers (OAS, FastSKU, GS1, BMS & Price List creation & communication of display portfolio to field sales)
  • Develop and support the KAM delivery of 4P targets (Product, Placement, Price & Promotion)
  • Office administration tasks

 

Requirements:


Education:

  • Currently enrolled in Master in Business Administration, International Business, Economics or equivalent

 

Languages:

  • Fluency in English and Swedish
  • Any additional Scandinavian languages are highly valued

 

Other requirements:

  • Energetic and self-driven in pursuing and finishing objectives – exercise initiative.
  • Ability to adapt to new ways of working, take on new challenges, priorities and deliver on time.
  • Strong analytical skills
  • “I can and I will do” attitude – open to change and unfamiliar tasks.
  • Capable of building strong relationships.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written
  • FMCG experience is highly valued
  • Costumer and Sales management is highly valued

 

IT skills:

  • Very good in Excel
  • Sales Systems Software - basic
  • Good knowledge of Power Point
