Student Worker - Trade Marketing & Marketing

The Student Worker - Trade Marketing & Marketing will handle many aspects of Strepsils, Durex’s marketing strategy including promotional campaigns, market research, reporting and analysis, pricing strategy, and communications. This position also supports the development of marketing plans, executing and measuring initiatives.


Summary of Responsibilities:

  • Assists in developing, managing and implementing growth strategies to improve market share and profit
  • Plans, executes and measures the effectiveness of promotional plans
  • Develops category insights, understand market trends (Nielsen Answers) in order to provide fact-based recommendations and solutions to category marketing decision
  • Works with internal team members and external agencies to help execute package design changes and other marketing materials (campaigns, POS, digital media, etc.)
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.



  • Currently enrolled in a Master‘s degree in International Marketing Management, International Business or a similar program at a recognized business school or university
  • Fluency in English
  • Fluency in one of the Nordic languages is considered a plus
  • Advanced user of Microsoft Office package, especially Excel

  • Open to challenges and self-development within new media era and experience the marketing fundamentals.
  • Analytical thinking and good with numbers, willing to convert raw data into marketing insights
  • Interest in healthcare OTC business
  • Practical with ongoing processes, flexible and creative
  • Solution-oriented, looking for ways to overcome challenges
  • Solid project management and persistency to move multiple functions with him/herself to close the loops and reach the project goals
  • Good communication skills, able to coordinate many agencies and internal partners within short deadlines
