Key Account Manager

In RB Health, we believe that our success is driven by extraordinary people and now we look for a skilled Key Account Manager to become part of Sales team in Sweden.


The Key Account Manager is to drive profitable growth in line with Company objectives within the allocated customer base. You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of leading brands in a number of accounts in Sweden. Together with Trade Marketing you will develop customer strategies and initiate activities to maximize net revenue and profit. KAM is accountable for developing the strategic plan for the Account to drive sales, profit and net revenue capital exceeding targets in all categories across portfolios. Managing P&L from ‘top to bottom’.


Summary of Responsibilities:

  • Achieve net Revenue, Gross Margin & Net Working Capital targets for costumers
  • Achieve account 4P targets (product, placement, piece & promotion)
  • Develop multi-level relationships with the accounts
  • Achievement of account sales and trade investment targets for allocated account
  • Secure trading and distribution/promotion agreements in line with nominated major account’s profile (including share of shelf, visibility at POS, Distribution penetration across product range, Retail pricing, Consumer and Trade promotions and discounts.
  • Observe current GDP legislation – Good Distribution Practice
  • At all times keep updated on current rules and guidelines in GPD legislation



  • Bachelor or master’s in, Economics Business administration or equivalent 



  • Key Account Manager with demonstrable commercial acumen and good understanding of costumer management process.
  • FMCG and / or Consumer Health / Pharmacy experience



  • Fluency in Swedish and English
