Student Worker - Sales

In RB Health, we believe that our success is driven by extraordinary people and now we look for a Student Worker - Sales Coordinator to support out Health team in Sweden. 

 

Summary of Responsibilities:

  • Data analysis of product details, product sell-out rates and profitability
  • Monitoring market developments, e.g. competitive pricing and product launches
  • Update product details, such as price sheets and product specifications data
  • Prepare ppt -documents and help customer responsible Key Account Managers to compile customer presentations.
  • Help preparing in-store execution plan and materials, especially preparing product display documentation that includes working with several internal systems, supply organization, warehouse operation and local marketing.
  • Office tasks, such as ordering office supplies and ensuring our sample product library is up to date
  • Arranging customer events
  • Drive specific projects and to support the local team.
  • Develop and support the KAM delivery of 4P targets (Product, Placement, Price & Promotion)
    • Support the development of Joint Business Plans and key category projects (BDI coordination, roll-out and communication to field sales, executional assignments associated with Category project)
  • Support analysis including share of shelf/visibility at POS/Distribution penetration across product range/ Retail Pricing/Consumer and Trade Promotions and Discounts

 

 

Education:

  • Currently enrolled in Bachelor/ Master programme in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, International business or equivalent

 

Languages:

  • Fluency in English; Swedish is essential

Personality:

  • Energetic and self-driven in pursuing and finishing objectives – exercise initiative.
  • Result-oriented, and natural planner with a critically assessment of own performance: quick learner, intellectually curious, pragmatic and of principle.
  • Good team work and communication skills, both oral and written

 

Literacy & Numeracy:

  • Understanding of basic business finance

 

IT:

  • Microsoft Office Package – advanced level
  • PowerPoint, Nielsen – basic level
