Chemical Engineering & Process Manager

Suzhou, Jiangsu

•Participate on  whole project engineering team meeting. Lead on the project management coordination with internal/external teams on process related. Daily or Weekly report on project progressing.
•Lead the process equipment package design & review including PFD, PID, equipment layout, equipment Utility hook up, URS, documents of FAT, SAT, IQ/OQ, and PQ etc. 
•Lead Process technical to coordinate with vendor/outsourcing consultant for pre-process & packing equipment optimization on task execution base.
•Lead process equipment package unloading, move in, installation, commission and validation planning & execution.
•Lead process equipment FAT, SAT, IQ/OQ and support on PQ site execution. Also build a standardize project validation system through Taicang project 
•Lead on process engineering handover to final site commercial end user 
•Involved in equipment start up planning meeting and support on the process & packing equipment start-up plan including but not limit to FAT/SAT/IQ/OQ/PQ activities.
•Support Start up team on Draft up of SOP, PM, QMS system set up. 

Requirements:

•Educated to Degree calibre – Engineering Qualification mandatory.  
•Chemical Process Knowledge preferred  
•Strong Responsibility and target implementation capability.
•Written and Verbal fluency in English is essential.
•Well versed with Microsoft Excel/Word/Power Point & Project.
