Production Manager

Suzhou, Jiangsu

•Support operation manager to drive vertical start up of production equipment and facilities. 
•Support engineering, EPCM and suppliers on FAT, installation, dry commissioning and qualification, always value inputs from production perspective. 
•Lead production staff to achieve process learning curve focusing on efficiency improvement and ensure a successful hand over to normal commercial production. 
•Control material usage for commission and validation within approved budget. Control material waste and scrap rate within target.
•Deliver training to production team, ensure skills are qualified for normal production.
•Establish production related SOP for commercial production and manufacturing license purpose.  
•Delivery of normal production KPIs 
•Ensure KPI scorecards are kept up to date on a daily basis by team members and are reviewed on a weekly basis with the whole team
•Report an accumulated view of all scorecards and other KPIs on a weekly basis to Operation Manager. 
•Proactively learn WCM and deploy in department to drive operation excellence. 

•Broad experience of Manufacturing Operations management in a relevant industry, ideally FMCG.
•3 to 5 year experience of production management. At least 2 year of team management bigger than 20 people with demonstrated results. 
•Develop and understand other functions and their relationship with Supply. Communicate effectively within a matrix organization.
•Experience in TPM/AM/PM/SAP is a plus, at least know how.
•Understands basic technology of liquids making and packing.
