Assistant Brand Manager - Nurofen, Health

Join us as our Assistant Brand Manager – supporting Nurofen! Ultimately, you’ll support a Senior Brand Manager to drive growth in Australia by leading the brand and consumer marketing strategy for Nurofen, in line with commercial strategy as set by the Area. This is a full-time role but on a fixed-term contract. 

Nurofen is the largest brand within the RB Health portfolio in the ANZ market and incredibly exciting to join! 

 

Your role will include but not be limited to: 

 

•    Supporting marketing plans & managing marketing budgets for Nurofen to deliver net revenue, gross margin, market share and profit targets within timescales and budget as approved by local leadership team        
•    Providing regular tracking information on the Nurofen brand, to monitor market performance, brand performance against KPI’s, budget tracking
•    Executing annual marketing plan activities, including local media strategy / plans for Nurofen
•    Responsibility for the achievement of financial and market share targets for the Nurofen brand in the market
•    Development and execution of consumer marketing plans and partner with Trade marketing Manager to execute channel / 4Ps strategy for Nurofen
•    Supporting implementation of portfolio strategy in conjunction with global category and area innovation to support overall business strategy, short / medium term
•    Managing the development and activation of local brands as approved by Area
•    Working closely cross functionally across Australia and New Zealand, building strong relationships. 
 

 

You’ll succeed because…
… you have had experience within Marketing, perhaps you are currently a Marketing executive ready for a step up; or perhaps you are currently operating as an Assistant Brand Manager within a smaller brand, or looking for a step into FMCG. You are results orientated, self-motivated and resilient person who has good business partnering skills. You have a strong passion and demonstrable understanding for marketing, ideally within the Healthcare space. You have demonstrable critical thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills, with high attention to detail…most importantly, you like a challenge!
