Digital Campaign Manager

We have a newly created opportunity to join our Media & Digital team, as our Digital Campaign Manager! This role will sit within our Sydney wider Marketing team but will report into our Global team, based in the UK. As our Digital Campaign Manager, you will be responsible for the delivery of best in class 21st Century Digital Marketing activations, and for driving those activations to out-perform, by ensuring ongoing optimisations.

This is a pioneering role within our team, and an incredibly exciting time to join the business. You will lead the implementation and activation of all digital media planning, buying and campaign management across our ANZ market. Deploying best in class digital campaign setup and inflight management.


Your role will include but not be limited to: 

•    Receive brand strategic briefs and translate them to produce focused tactical media plans with clear achievable KPI’s
•    Navigate our relevant ad tech platform, ensuring campaign setup meets campaign spec and goals, before any activity is set live
•    Establish campaign management best practices, appropriate budget management, campaign pacing and ensure performance processes are in place and maintained
•    Work closely with the wider Digital trading team in continually measuring digital media (Website, Social, Search, Video, Programmatic) performance against KPIs (Reach, VTR, CTR, CTA etc.) by analysing and interpreting the data. 
•    Identifying and actioning key optimisations for improved campaign performance. 
•    Work closely with the ANZ media and brand teams to clearly communicate these optimisations 
•    Drive innovation! Keep across latest trends, consistently evaluate strategic performance opportunities, and serve as a thought leader on new and innovative ways to reach and connect with our consumer
•    Champion the RB In-house Digital Trading team, continually reviewing workflow processes, ways of working and technology to ensure in market service levels are adapting to market needs and always improving!
•    Be the expert in all relevant tools and technology required to excel in your role, ensuring all connected pipes and performance foundations exist (pixels, UTM tagging, conversion tracking etc.), and are optimised. 
•    Strong Cross Functional relationship building: You will be Part of the ANZ Digital Hub which encompasses the RB Creative Studio, Consumer Insights function, and Media Team, as well as our wider Marketing team and Digital Trading team in the UK. 


You’ll succeed because…
… you have a strong, demonstrable background within Digital, specifically you would have worked across managing, planning, budget management and optimising paid digital acquisition channels. Maybe you are currently executing this within an agency role and looking to move in-house, or you may be looking for your next in-house challenge! You have demonstrable experience working with customer data, segmentation and driving/executing media plans. You have an analytical mindset, you leverage data with ease to gain powerful insights. You are great at building strong relationships, not only within your team but also cross functionally both locally and globally! Importantly, you understand the different parts of a consumer journey and how to influence the customer across paid channels. You have strong business acumen, excellent communication and analytical skills. Most importantly, you like a challenge!
