We have a newly created opportunity to join our Media & Digital team, as our Digital Performance Manager! As our Digital Performance Manager, this is an integral role in developing Digital Marketing Campaigns that allow our brands to understand what strategies deliver upon our business objectives.

This is a pioneering role within our team, and an incredibly exciting time to join the business. Performance marketing is new for the broader Marketing Team here at RB Health, so you will be coming on a journey with us! We want you to bring your expertise and experience to educate and share your learnings…


Your role will include but not be limited to: 

•    Translating consumer insights into actionable Digital Media Campaigns
•    Using data dashboards and analytics to understand Campaign Performance and making recommendations for Optimisation.
•    Defining and driving the performance marketing ‘test and learn’ framework for RB Health Brands
•    Collaborating with Brand Teams to define campaign objectives and KPIs, and to report back on performance against KPIs
•    Briefing the media agency to ensure campaign strategies are actionable and set-up to measure performance.
•    Strong Cross Functional relationship building: You will be Part of Digital Hub which encompasses the RB Creative Studio, Consumer Insights function, and Media Team
•    Working closely and collaboratively with the Marketing Brand Teams, eCommerce Team and external 3rd Party Data partners, Media and SEO agencies

You’ll succeed because…

… you have a strong, demonstrable background within a Performance Marketing role, either within a Media Agency or In-house. You have an analytical mindset, you leverage data with ease to gain powerful insights. You are great at building strong relationships, not only within your team but also cross functionally! You can handle challenging conversations and can influence up with ease, storytelling comes naturally to you. You have strong business acumen, excellent communication and analytical skills. Most importantly, you like a challenge!
