Key Account Manager

Key Role
  • Develop and implement the sales strategy per customer in alignment with RB/ MJN’s strategic objectives (Net Revenue, Cop, Gross Margin, Working Capital), and to manage the customer relationship on an ongoing basis.
  • Full scope of RB/MJN’s commercial interaction with the customer, ranging from the development of sales strategy per customer to the management of promotional activities.  The role requires close cross-functional interaction with trade marketing, planning, marketing, logistics, finance, and IS.
     
Responsibilities
  • Manage key customers on a day to day basis to resolve any business-related issues that may arise.
  • Responsible to deliver and develop the company's sales and profit targets.
  • Identify business opportunities in major hyper and supermarket chains and work closely with cross-functional team (Trade Marketing, Finance and Supply Chain) to realize those opportunities on project basis.
  • Coordinating the material necessary on the future plans for the business and the risks foreseen.
  • Conduct business planning and analysis of categories’ trends, competitors, and customer profiles are also necessary.
     
Professional Qualifications & Experience
  • A degree holder in any discipline, preferably in business/marketing field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in FMCG Key Account experience – Costco, PX Mart, Carrefour, RT Mart, and A mart.
  • Strong project management experiences and solid skills at Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point.
  • Able to work in a team, but in a stressful environment with strong problem-solving mindset.

  • Strong analytical skills with ability to develop strategies, tactics and measurable implementation.
  • Ability to think outside the box. 
  • Fluency in English is essential. Fluency in other languages(s) is advantageous.
