SFE Specialist


•Analyze product demand and host the demand review meeting
•Provide Sales data analysis. Managing sales and inventory by providing daily/ weekly/ monthly report
•Coordinate sales shipment and return, maintain master file of product pricing, customer data, and inventory management
•Support the broader Trade Marketing Team in driving in-store execution through the provision of actionable insights derived from robust data analysis
•P&L analysis to Gross Margin by customer by brand
•Market & Channel sales & ROI analysis


•Develop and prepare demand forecast based on historical demand, product life cycle, marketing events and promotional activities and channel sales trend.
•Provide Sales team’s tracking reports. Including sales update, inventory update, and return update
•Maintain customer and product master file
•Handle Trade Marketing administrative works & support the team in achieving / exceeding Trade Marketing KPIs – ie Net Revenue, Gross Margin, Trade Spend, Market Share
•Plan and implement promotion plan and manage budget and schedule for channel promotion.
•Conduct promotion effectiveness evaluation and responsive adjustment with goal of ROI maximization.

Professional Qualification

•Educated to Bachelor Degree or above
•2-3 years FMCG experience
•Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
•Excellent data analysis and communications skills
•Fluent in both spoken and written English and Chinese

•Tenacious and resilient, driven to achieve even when faced with obstacles
•Strong communication skills, both written and oral (in English).
•Strong analytical skills with ability to develop strategies, tactics and measurable implementation.
•Strong numeric sense and problem solving skills
