eCommerce Key Account Manager

Key Role
  • Coordinate, plan, and execute online sales and marketing strategic initiatives and project management for site/APP roll-outs, special projects.
  • Formulate and implement e-commerce strategy to drive web sales growth, conversion, and improvement in the customer experience.
  • Manage and partner with eWholesaler/eDB to execute 5P in RB online stores in Pureplay, Marketplace, D2C, and B&C.
  • Collaborate with customer marketing team to deliver capabilities that maximize digital marketing campaigns, and the integration of social, mobile, and alternative cross-channel retail features that expand new customers and retain existing customers.
  • Drive engagement of the website across the broader organisation while collaborating within departments to support business strategies via web.
Responsibilities
  • Own and be in charge of EC P&L, drive ROI model.
  • Provide input on forecasting and providing guidance on KPIs to measure program performance.
  • Support and partner with eDB on state-of-the-art fulfilment center to create better user experience. 
  • Align and review, trafficking of assets, programing and offers, digital spend, and allotted budget and site QA.
  • Identify, understand, and assist the affiliate with regional e-Commerce capabilities, business plans, and local business challenges. Work with teams to optimize and win-big in mobile.
  • In conjunction with the Consumer Engagement Team and Brand CRM Teams, develop eCRM strategy and communications plans for site performance growth, retention, and conversion.
  • Explore other potential opportunities that will further drive online business.
     
Professional Qualifications/Experience
  • Bachelor degree in Business Administration or related discipline.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in working in Taiwan eCommerce environment especially in FMCG industry, candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant EC KAM.
  • Experience in managing company-owned e-store and eWholesalers is an advantage. 
  • Excellent data analysis and communications skills.
  • Strong knowledge in MS Office, especially MS Excel, 91APP, and GA.
  • Fluent spoken and written English and Mandarin.
