We are currently looking for a bright graduate to join our HR Department for the BU Hygiene Home for a 6 months internship focusing on HR processes & administration in our Mira plant.

You will support the HR function in the following activities:

• Provide support on training & development initiatives as required, including roll-out of local induction; definition and managing training needs and related relationship with providers

• Provide support on the graduate recruitment process for the R&D function;

• Collaborate to develop some internal HR initiatives;

• Work collaboratively with the team to contribute in implementing HR processes, ensuring that they are fit for purpose;
