Trade Marketing Manager, Hygiene

The Trade Marketing Manager plays a key role within regional marketing team, responsible of the development of Brand, Channel and Customer 4P Strategies, Category Management, and support Business Development Managers and Distributors to meet agreed commercial objectives through best in class execution of the company's 4P objectives for the assigned brand for the Adriatic region.

 

Key responsibilities:

 

  • Develop customer 4P strategy and action plans in line with respective sales and brand marketing counterpart building on the Local Success Model.
  • Close cooperation with the regional Brand Marketing and Business Development Managers to execute Brand Plans and deliver category expansion and market share, plus with the cross-functional team of Finance, Supply and Demand.
  • Ensure NPD/EPD listings and distribution gaps closing via compelling tailored category trade stories.
  • Customer level market analyses including all 4Ps on the assigned brand(s) - report key learnings and implications to the rest of the organization
  • Full ownership and management of trade marketing budget

Qualifications

 

  • Min. 3 years’ experience in FMCG market (preferably in sales/marketing/trade or customer marketing departments)
  • Strong commercial awareness and analytical skills (Nielsen knowledge is an advantage.)
  • Positive attitude with problem-solver mindset
  • Action-oriented and motivated by outperformance
  • Ability to manage complexity under time pressure with keeping an eye on the big picture
  • Advanced English (written and spoken, business language)
  • Experience in working with Distributors is preferable
