Office & HR Manager (m/f/d)

You are responsible of managing all local administrative HR & office management processes to ensure compliance to Swiss labour law & Health & Safety standards. You support the Management Team to create an environment of trust & fairness to enable high engagement of the employees.

 

Responsibilities:
•    Coordination of the whole employee journey processes such as
-    Recruiting & Employer Branding
-    Onboarding 
-    Training & Development 
-    General recurring personnel administration (e.g. monthly payroll run, writing ref. letters, administration of several compensation & benefits processes)
-    Offboarding
•    HR controlling 
-    Planning people process
-    Monthly expense & budget controls
-    Ensuring data accuracy in our HR system
•    Office Management including Health & Safety 

 

You’ll succeed because …
… you have a commercial education with focus on HR (academic Background is preferable)
… you have several years of experience in an HR Generalist role or similar role 
… you have advanced knowledge of MS Office
