Junior Brand Manager



As the Assistant Brand Manager you will be responsible for contributing to the development of RB products for Poland. You will have multiple responsibilities including planning and organizing product launches from conceptual stages through the product life cycle for the purpose of maximizing revenue and profitability. On this position you will be also able to run and take ownership for your own projects.


Key responsibilities:

  • Developing assigned brand’s growth platforms & ensuring they are based on relevant consumer & shopper insights
  • Leading or supporting brand marketing plans development and implementation of agreed priorities
  • Contributing to development of 4P strategy and proposing priorities for total market / channels / customers level
  • Conducting market analysis based on various data sources (Nielsen, IMS etc.)
  • Working closely with the Global and Regional teams, R&D and Factories to assure flawless priorities execution
  • Managing allocated marketing budget to deliver net revenue, gross margin, market share and profit targets within timescales and approved plan
Requirements and offer

Is this you?

  • Professional experience in brand marketing management, min. 1,5 year experience gained from FMCG/pharma/healthcare product portfolio
  • Master’s degree (preferably in a marketing, management, economy, sociology, psychology, statistics)
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to draw clear conclusions
  • Good presentation skills, ability to clearly present the outcome
  • Entrepreneurship and initiative taking
  • Very good communication and networking skills, ability to work in a multinational team
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Advanced English (written and spoken)
