DAM Administrator


We are looking for a DAM Librarian who is passionate and driven by Content. The platform provides project management, review and approval, Digital Asset and Claims Management capabilities of thousands of end-users in approximately 80 countries. The global service hub will provide a mix of BAU and content management support and a range of other support – helping to ensure ongoing usage, leverage and optimization of the platform and the content managed and distributed by the platforms.


•    Responsible for implementation and workflow of all digital assets alongside technology leads and internal senior stakeholders.
•    Ensure all stakeholders, both externally and internally, are receiving best in class client service on a day to day bases while operating in an ever-changing and extremely fast-paced environment.
•    Understands business processes, priorities, the company’s structure, culture, and workflows. 
•    Make approved/agreed platform configuration changes and master data changes.
•    Provide departmental support for Platform updates, performance and defect feedback.
•    Creating reports and make recommendations on improvements based on reporting and analytics.
•    Partner directly with our global content creator agencies to facilitate the distribution of key digital assets to be used in an array of markets. Upload/amend missing images if needed.
•    Own the full-lifecycle process of all digital assets including ingest, tagging, archiving, meta-data fields, performance tracking, etc.
•    Tagging all missing metadata, including advertising uses, product name, campaign and photographic style, etc. Supervising the work of the agency partners’.
•    Be on the lookout for new images to be tagged and named properly. Send download links of images if requested.
•    Communicate with the team if files are corrupt/missing, other issues are presented with the DAM and/or when the task is done.
•    Work with teams to purchase all fonts managing rights and usage.
•    Performs other duties as assigned.

Required skills

•    2-4+ years of global experience working with an enterprise-level digital asset management solution/MarTech platform.
•    Broad knowledge DAM and Meta-data systems, taxonomic development, DAM classification, search optimization, and workflow development.
•    An amazing problem solver with the ability to troubleshoot and deal with conflict resolution on a global scale.
•    Experience working in a fast-paced client environment where needs and timelines change rapidly.
•    High levels of awareness/understanding of marketing content development and content management lifecycles in digital, non-digital and moving-image channels.
•    Experience and knowledge of marketing content formats including creative development and distribution formats.
•    Knowledge and experience of working closely with advertising and creative agencies.
•    Excellent communication, client-facing and process skills and the ability to communicate clearly to a wide range of people both internally and externally.
•    A can-do focused attitude with the ability to drive tasks forward and meet demanding deadlines.
•    Very high attention to detail and management of volume data and tasks.
•    The ability to proactively address issues and make recommendations for sustainable change.
•    Extremely capable of picking up new technologies quickly and a proactive self-educator.
•    Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
