Cyber Security Operations Engineering and Engagement Manager

You'll...

  • Manage the Cyber Security Engineering and Engagement function to maintain the confidentiality, integrity and availability of Reckitt’s systems and data;
  • Be responsible for the provisioning of SecOps services in line with Reckitt’s standards and policies;
  • Act as a focal point between SecOps and the Cyber Security Demand management team responsible for the quotation of costs and resources allocations to respective projects;
  • Continuously tune, develop and improve the existing cyber technology stack in cooperation with other SecOps and broader Cyber Security teams;
  • Support the Cyber Security assurance team concerning delivery of SecOps services;
  • Assure best practices during Cyber Security technology stack implementations and maintenance;
  • Supervise technical teams (internal and 3rd party) in performing SecOps tasks across technical security solutions;
  • Support the broader Cyber Security team in maintaining acceptable risk levels in relation to the Cyber Security technical controls;
  • Provide automation capabilities for the SecOps function;
  • Provide inputs to service management activities within the Cyber Security function;
  • Contribute to Cyber Security risks management from a SecOps standpoint. 

You'll succeed, if you have...

  • Strong leadership skills driven both from business and security perspectives to deliver Cyber Security solutions that are aligned to Reckitt’s business needs;
  • 5+ years relevant hands-on experience within at least a few of these areas:

              –    Deployment of security controls ie. SIEM, DLP, IPS, proxies, security mail gateways etc
              –    Development and maintenance of security controls
              –    Cloud security
              –    Network security
              –    Vulnerability scans
              –    Incident response

  • 3+ years experience in managing a technical team, yet with a business-minded approach;
  • Operational experience across large scale, complex organisations;
  • Experience in working with multiple vendors (offshore, nearshore) in the delivery of improved service;
  • Experience of working across multiple business areas and/or functions to deliver results ;
  • Experience of working in a global / multi-site, matrix environment;  
  • BA / Master`s degree in IT or equivalent;
  • Strong management, analytical, problem-solving, organizational and communication skills (both verbal and written) are required; 
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and priorities;
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver results;
  • An energetic, self-starter who can work independently with diverse teams; 
  • Information Security certifications such as Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) and / or Certified Information Security Manager (CISM);
  • Strong proficiency in English;
