First Party Assets Capabilities Manager, Hygiene

Responsibilities: 

  • Be the local point of contact for topics relevant to first party assets, such as Websites, Connected Devices, Smart Packaging, Digital Couponing
  • Identify growth opportunities and assist local teams to achieve the KPIs relevant to the first party assets, incl. but not limited to consulting them on best practices 
  • Develop and grow relationships with various external stakeholders - Google, Adobe, SalesForce, Creative Agencies and Technical Agencies
  • Support global and local teams with the execution of global initiatives 
  • Ensure accountability across project teams delivering quality, timeliness and work to exceed baseline-level content and deadlines across defined scopes of work
  • Develop quality content to communicate project plans, wins, issues and opportunities to internal and external leadership

Requirements: 

  • Strong digital all-around knowledge
  • Prior experience within the field of user experience, CRO (Conversion Rate Optimisation) experience is a plus
  • 5+ years’ experience in delivering digital experiences for consumers
  • Innovative, lateral thinker with prior evidence of successfully executing ideas
  • Excellent understanding of platforms such as SalesForce.com, Adobe Experience Manager (CMS) and Google Analytics
  • Ability to translate technical to business language, and vice versa
  • Strong prioritization skills and familiarity with the 80-20 rule
  • Ability to envision and formulate the big picture while working on daily topics
  • Strong data-driven mindset
  • Strong communication skills and ability to build fast business relationships
  • Excellent consultative approach to developing and managing business relationships
  • Ambition to perform unprecedented tasks and obtain new skills, be comfortable with uncertainty and adapt to a rapidly changing environment
  • Ability and desire to scale knowledge and learning to junior (and at times senior) team members
  • Strong analytical and consulting skills, rooted in ability to draw and communicate insights from multiple data points
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or information technology disciplines
  • Prior experience in both business and technical functions is a plus
