The role of the Product Analyst is to support the business teams across the globe in platform development and their daily use, identifying improvements and leading project implementations.

Scope of Responsibilities:


•    Discover and define the loyalty platform requirements in the space of business goals, business needs, defining the true problem, scoping the business case for making an investment, and discovering the business process and related changes.

•    Collaborate with business users, product managers, developers, IT experts and other product/business analysts to conduct key business analysis activities throughout the various phases of the loyalty platform business analysis life cycle.

•    Elicit requirements through the use of product design sessions, interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, surveys, business process descriptions, business analysis, user stories, scenarios, task and workflow analysis, and solution presentation.

•    Ensure that all stakeholders have sufficient clarity towards requirements and are involved in their review.

•    Proactively speak up as well as follow up, in the event of missing requirements or gaps and ensure that these are appropriately addressed.

•    Create and maintain the documentation of each of the products in team’s portfolio.

•    Document and organizes current and planned product development framework processes.

•    Assist with creating test case scenarios and coordinating testing efforts.

•    Estimate product development costs and timelines.

•    Help define and manage customer loyalty product roadmaps based on team strategy and vision.

•    Actively drive the enhancements and modification of supported products and processes related to them.

•    Report on best practices, digital industry standards, competitor’s products and legal requirements associated with assigned customer loyalty projects. 


Skills & Experience required:


•    Proven practice in product/business analysis techniques.

•    Ability to work with globally distributed diverse group of business and technology partners to identify and analyse project requirements.

•    Experience in design and modification of business/IT systems.

•    Experience with agile software development and PM methodologies.

•    Working knowledge and interest via business and/or personal endeavours of a broad range of digital marketing technologies.

•    Proven stakeholder management.

•    Knowledge of technology standards, solutions modelling and services design.

•    Demonstrated ability to apply technology solutions to business problems.

•    Knowledge of security, database principles and operating system.

•    Good command of project management tools, e.g. JIRA, Confluence, ASANA.
