Junior (Paid) Search Manager


The Junior Search Manager will be responsible for the implementation and management of all aspects of Search (PPC&SEO) on PL&EE markets, which means building strategic approaches, bid recommendations and execution, being responsible for budgets/accounting and monitoring performance. 

Moreover, your responsibilities will also include:


  • Understanding the client’s product, marketing objectives and digital goals with an emphasis on search, presenting to clients on regular basis
  • Monitoring, tracking and evaluating campaign performance analytics, based on KPI targets and baselines
  • Staying on top of the latest updates regarding tools and User Interfaces (AdWords, Bid Management Platforms, eMarketer, SEMrush, Search Engine Land, AdCenter, AdGooroo, etc)
  • Campaign Strategy definition and implementation, working closely with other internal departments to develop fully integrated search campaigns and strategy from search to purchase.
  • Collaborate with agency team to ensure all activity is complementary, e.g. landing page split testing, tweaking and optimisation to deliver best possible click through and conversion rates 
  • Optimise campaigns to improve client ROI 
  • Developing positive relationships with search community, vendors (media house) and Brand Managers


Key Requirements:

  • Minimum three years of paid search experience, preferably in media agency
  • Advanced knowledge of PPC optimization techniques as well as experience in analytical and search engine desktop tools (Google Analytics, Google Ads, Google Tag Manager) 
  • Good understanding of SEO – willing to up skill
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Good presentation skills, ability to clearly present the outcome
  • Entrepreneurship and initiative taking
  • Very good communication and networking skills, ability to work in a multinational team
  • Advanced English (written and spoken)
