Role Purpose: 
RB is developing its employee collaboration and experience tools, primary using the Microsoft Office 365, to ensure our talent is focussed on delivering value. The O365 developer will be responsible for using the different applications available in O365 to deliver solutions as prioritised by the Product Owner.  

The O365 developer reports into the PO – O365/ Talent Experience and has the following key objectives: 
Deliver solutions on O365 in a timely and compliant manner 
Provide insights into the Microsoft Roadmap and identify areas for improvement in existing and upcoming solutions 
Work closely with the other members of the O365/ Talent Experience team to deliver complete solutions 
Occasionally attend meetings with business stakeholders to ensure requirements are understood and to play back development work 

Scope of Responsibilities: 
Deliver the solutions that are required by the business 
Provide any necessary documentation to support the delivered solutions 
Create and enhance current and future business processes to meet business requirements 
Drive project activities with other appropriate team members within the business to develop effective team relationships 
Actively seek to share and be open to best practices, new ideas, opportunities and issues 
Ensure all IT security risks are covered in the development and deployment of systems 
Anything else the business may require 

Good qualifications in digital technologies, with at least 3-5 years of experience 
SharePoint Online experience (PowerApps, Flow, PnP) 
SharePoint Framework experience (SPFx) 
Knowledge of Microsoft Azure (Azure Functions, WebApps) 
Proficiency in English with good communication skills 
Knowledge of security, database principles and operating systems 
Agile software development methodologies, e.g. Scrum, DSDM, XP, FDD, SAFe. 
Proven experience in delivering to aggressive timelines  
Knowledge of technology standards, solutions modelling and services design
