People Analytics Partnering Analysts

People Analytics Partnering Analysts will play a pivotal role in laying the foundations for establishing a People Analytics competency within the HR function as it continues its journey towards operational excellence that enables the HR and Business Strategy.




  • Co-create actionable analytic products: queries data driven insights and translate into reports, summaries, and infographics. Embeds and drives usage of self-service analytics and reporting tools through training and coaching HR to read and interpret data
  • Partner with HRBP's, COE's, HR Services & Solutions team, and the Business to clearly understand reporting and analytics requirements; define reports and data standards; build useable reports to meet their needs
  • Supports the establishment and implementation of an HR Reporting and Analytics service delivery model including governance structure and related processes. 
  • Create documentation that ensures operational excellence, report integrity, and reliable metrics.
  • Support the Global HRIS strategy; working with HRIS colleagues

  • Solid experience in business intelligence tools ideally within an HR, Payroll, HRIS context
  • Human Resources experience preferred
  • Excellent Microsoft Excel skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment
  • Highly numerate and experienced data analyst
  • Process improvement experience
  • Stakeholder management experience
