Product Analyst D2C

RB E-commerce revenue grew 60% in H1 2020. We have 40 D2C websites in the portfolio, and currently, we are launching 2 new stores every month. In our Global IT Hub, you will be working on a digital product, but your product will have an impact on the physical world.

The projects you are going to be working on include:

  • integrations with new fulfillment vendors
  • development of new frontend features
  • integration and onboarding of new SaaS vendors
  • IT support for partnerships with famous companies
  • deployment of new stores
  • collaboration with internal tech teams (SFMC, CDP)
  • all the work will be done around our D2C platform - Shopify.

 

You will work closely with stakeholders; collect and analyze business requirements. Read documentation. Make mockups and diagrams. You will configure Shopify instances.

Fluent English - writing, speaking, listening is required. When you will work with India, Spain, China, Vietnam - your listening skills should allow you to catch every word. And when you will work with native speakers, you will have to talk fast enough so that they don’t fall asleep.

 

Must have:
English - C1
Willingness to get into technical details
Understanding of good UX
Experience in building customer-facing digital products
BPMN/UML skill
High-level mockup skill

Side projects

Online courses
