Product Analyst - Connected Experience Programme (CXP)

Connected Packaging is a core component of the Digital Transformation/Connected Experience Programme (CXP) across our global brands and is currently being scaled across all business units in Reckitt.
Hygiene BU being the leader of this initiative is planning to have all power brands connected by 2024 in Top CMUs. Health BU is following the lead and launching focused pilot projects in markets to realize the benefits it can bring to the wider business units.

The programme focuses on utilising product related packaging/non packaging materials as a new search channel to direct people to useful content (Product descriptions, Ingredients Transparency, Brand narratives and campaigns) online.
Our Products remain as standalone elements with opportunity to communicate value and transparency to consumers with simply a QR code on pack that maximises the potential capability for us to deliver contextually relevant content when users need it (i.e. when the pack is in store/ in use / disposal)
A connected pack provides almost unlimited possibilities for added value to our user experience – and a compelling source of crucial 1P data collection for Reckitt.

In our Global Digital IT Hub, you will be working on a specialized progamme, becoming a SME on a specialized product focused on putting QR codes with embedded digital links, on our product packs that will have an impact on the physical world and how the consumer interacts with our brands.


The projects you are going to be working on include:

  • Become the subject matter expert on the SaaS product Reckitt has commissioned to issue digital links to be embddded into QR codes placed on packs and how Scan data is tracked and managed;
  • In market activation of connected projects pipeline;
  • Ensure project delivery through best-practice policy to influence standardisation and scalability across multiple markets;
  • Assisting CXP Product Manager in building future integrations between RB eco system and connected platform providers for scalability and speed to market;
  • Integration and onboarding of new SaaS vendors;
  • Collaboration with internal tech teams (Support desk, Data analytics, web development, Salesforce Consumer and MC);
  • Collaboration with in Market IT Martech lead/1P data asset leads;
  • Collaboration with in market brand teams for project delivery;
  • Working in close collaboration with the vendor translating business requirements into functional requirements to enable appropriate product upgrades fit for Reckit;
  • You will work closely with stakeholders; collect and analyze business requirements. Read documentation. Make mockup/diagrams;
  • You will work closely with the Global design and Brand experience team (sponsor’s of the programme);
  • You will be responsible as SPOC for technical delivery of projects and testing;
  • You will work on a daily basis on demand management through JIRA.

 

You'll succeed, if You have...

  • Fluent English;
  • JIRA management experience;
  • Stakeholder management skills – business facing;
  • Project Management skills;
  • Experience in working with consumer facing digital products management;
  • Willingness to get into technical details;
  • Understanding of good digital UX;
  • Know how of cookies management/1P data tracking/GS1 digital links;
  • High-level mockup skill.
