Product Analyst

RB is developing its customer experience platforms based on customized CMS in order to provide optimized product enriching online communication.


 
The PA will be responsible for: 

 

•    Find solutions to business needs, develop and manage detailed business and functional requirements.
•    Research and implement site speed & optimization ideas, code clean-up possibilities.
•    Analyse and document new and existing business processes to validate a solution that supports business objective(s).
•    Cooperate with developers and agencies by providing analysis before they get to work on a task & review the outcomes.
•    Support PO in managing backlog, prioritization, task management & administrative duties.
•    Improving the existing websites – by providing analysis, insights, enhancements to existing CMS solution and individual implementations.
•    Providing analysis and guidance needed to create new websites using optimal CMS features setup.
•    Driving new CMS feature analysis based on business, regulatory, technical or other requirements.

 

Skills & Experience required:

 

•    Proven practice in Business Analysis techniques, with at least 4 years of experience.
•    Experience in website development, software implementation, online marketing
•    Expert proficiency in English with good communication skills.
•    Knowledge of CMS platforms, Google website tools, SEO tools & practices.
•    Ability to communicate ideas in both technical and user-friendly/business language.
•    Ability to quickly understand business needs.
•    Proven stakeholder management.
•    Knowledge of technology standards, solutions modelling and services design.
•    Demonstrated ability to apply technology solutions to business problems.
•    Demonstrated ability to gather and document technical and functional requirements.
•    Knowledge of security, database principles and operating systems.
•    Ability to work in complex corporate environment.
•    Microsoft Office suite to proficient level.

 

Desirable:

 

•    Business Analysis or Project Management Qualification.
•    Knowledge of Marketing business functions.
•    Strong business acumen, financial and business metrics understanding.
•    Experience with agile software development and PM methodologies.
•    Experience using Jira and Confluence.
•    Vendor management experience.
