Product Delivery Owner - Consumer Experience

You will:

 

  • Define delivery model and managing execution of project roadmaps in cooperation with the product manager.
  • Manage the dedicated team to deliver consistent success.
  • Ensure team follows company policy and procedures to consistently deliver excellence.
  • Effectively maintain delivery goals for on-time, to-spec, and on-budget across the entire project portfolio.
  • Be the escalation point for leads and business on service-related issues.
  • Make resource requests to the resource manager for proper capacity planning.
  • Coordinate release management/product backlog.
  • Ensure/oversee Mobile, Chatbot and Loyalty best practice.
  • Engage with the vendor and resolve outstanding issues.
  • Ensure ongoing delivery of various products as per scope, budget, and client’s expectations including compliance with corporate policies and requirements.
  • Manage multiple vendors and stakeholders (both business & IT) to achieve common goals in a global environment.
  • Analyze product performance and implementing relevant enhancements and fixes.
  • Utilize various development methodologies (waterfall, Scrum, Kanban).
  • Manage 5+ digital experts incl. developers, project managers, business analysts, and QA engineers.

 

You have:

 

  • 3+ years in the area of product delivery ownership, with skills in requirements scoping, solution design, and project estimation.
  • 2+ years managing at least three professional services resources both onshore and offshore. 
  • Experience managing Mobile, Loyalty and Chatbots implementation resources (internal and/or consultants) is a definite plus.
  • Resource management experience including staffing, planning, and utilization experience.
  • Ability to work both collaboratively with team members as well as autonomously on projects and tasks.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Detail- and customer-oriented team player with excellent organizational and follow-up skills.
  • Proven analytical skills and an effective problem-solver.
  • Proven work experience as a team leader or supervisor.
  • JIRA, Confluence to a proficient level.
