Product Owner - Digital Asset Management

RB HyHo Digital is responsible for developing and/or delivering solutions that aim to provide digital platforms to support Consumer Marketing. RB is looking for a Product Owner – Digital Asset Mgmt. to lead implementation and support for Digital Asset Management systems. 

The Digital Asset Management platforms and processes are to be underpinned by high quality, consistent data and purposeful reporting, with the ultimate objective of delivering insights which create value and drive the business forward - whilst ensuring synergy, cost effectiveness and appropriate levels of governance.

The role of the Product Owner is to support the business teams across the globe in their daily use of the platform, identifying improvements and leading project implementations.

Scope of Responsibilities:

•    Elicit requirements through the use of: application design sessions, interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, surveys, business process descriptions, business analysis, user stories, domain modelling, scenarios, task and workflow analysis, solution presentation. 
•    Analysis of requirements with regards to Veeva Vault capabilities, defining solutions and strategy of implementation
•    Create and maintain the documentation of your efforts and communicate the results with stakeholders.
•    End to end project management lifecycle coordination with business and external vendors
•    Keep track of all project tasks and ensure all risks and issues are mitigated
•    Actively seek to share and be open to best practices, new ideas, opportunities and issues.
•    Document, review, analyse and make recommendations to improve current state of data/processes/reporting – driving consistency across the platform.
•    Configuration management planning for the DAM platforms
•    Responsible for configuration change control. Regulates the change process so that only approved and validated changes are incorporated into product documents and related software.
•    Work closely with internal business stakeholders, external partners and vendors
•    Ensure all IT security risks are covered in the rollout of the system


•    Experience in software implementation, ideally in DAM, MRM, and/or Worflow & Approval 
•    Experience in computer software validation, GAMP and ERES regulations
•    Experience of Change Management in global organisations
•    Expert proficiency in English with good communication skills.
•    Ability to communicate ideas in both technical and user-friendly/business language
•    Ability to quickly understand business needs.
•    Proven stakeholder management.
•    Knowledge of technology standards, solutions modelling and services design
•    Demonstrated ability to apply technology solutions to business problems
•    Knowledge of security, database principles and operating systems
•    Ability to work in complex corporate environment
•    Bachelor’s degree or similar qualification, ideally within IT or business management as core subjects
•    Previous Experience with commercial content or digital asset management solutions
•    Microsoft Office suite to proficient level.
•    Business Analysis or Project Management Qualification
•    Practical experience in software configuration management (SCM), with at least 1 years of experience
•    Excellent analytical and creative problem solving skills

•    In-depth knowledge of Marketing business functions
•    Strong business acumen, financial and business metrics understanding
•    Vendor management experience
•    Experience with agile software development and PM methodologies.
•    Experience using Jira and Confluence
