Project Manager

Want to see technology make the difference? As Project Manager, you’ll be responsible for coordinating the development of software solutions, taking full ownership of the process if needed. Motivating, supporting, and guiding the project team to achieve a high level of performance and quality in delivering the tool that provides exceptional business value to users.

 

Warsaw, Poland, Global IT Hub

 

You`ll:
 
•    Manage innovative projects in the global environment with multiple stakeholders;
•    Coordinate end to end project management lifecycle with business and external vendors;
•    Manage projects from brief through project planning, creative process, development, testing to deployment and maintenance;
•    Manage scope, communication, roles, risks & project documentation;
•    Optimize communication with business stakeholders, creative and technical agencies as well as global IT team and third-party vendors;
•    Utilize AGILE & Waterfall methodologies;
•    Run process and change management activities as a natural complement to the project environment;
•    Link IT with the business by translating needs into working solutions;
•    Build strong relationships with internal clients;
•    Ensure that digital initiatives are compliant with digital governance, technical standards, and security policies;
•    Leverage enterprise-class solutions to drive efficiency and modernization;
•    Be always-on guidance and technical support for brand teams and their digital agencies;
•    Keep track of all project tasks and ensure all risks and issues are mitigated.
 
You have …


•    In-depth knowledge and broad experience in managing diverse agile IT projects (2-3 years);
•    Experience in continually monitoring and improving delivery quality against the best software development practices;
•    Proper technical knowledge allowing smooth communication with developers, product designers, QA specialists;
•    Excellent command of written and spoken English;
•    Ability to work with a globally distributed diverse group of business and technology partners;
•    Ability to quickly understand business needs;
•    Ability to communicate in both technical and user-friendly/business language;
•    Proven experience in agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.) and project management tools (JIRA, Confluence);
