Proximity Channel Manager, Hygiene

Location: WarszawaPoland  


As a Proximity Channel Manager you will be responsible for creating and sustaining new sales, contracting, establishing and keep a good working rapport with resellers, various departments, and dealing with channel programs. This person communicates well with clients about products and offered services, has knowledge demonstrating industries. A Proximity Channel Manager works with promotion to increase sales through events and other activities, as well as expand relationships of existing customers.


  • Prepare and manage the execution of Channel Strategy,
  • Develop and manage trade and promo activations,
  • Prepare analysis and recommendation for category development Customer's meetings,
  • Develop effective and profitable channel sell-out tools and offer in order to maximize brands performance,
  • Develop tailored (where appropriate) compelling communications/initiatives to drive the commercial objectives and customer focus strategy,
  • Create best in class in-store visibility and communication of brands including the development of POS materials,
  • Evaluate trade and promo activities,
  • Cooperate with Key Account teams in order to provide tools that will address market gaps & opportunities,
  • Cooperate with field force to ensure optimal coverage and routing model.


  • At least 3 years of experience across multiple trade channels, primarily Trade Marketing, Category Management or Sales,
  • Ability to comprehensively understand and convert consumer, category, competitor and channel customer insights into sales marketing plans,
  • Proven leadership skills in influencing teams and implementing key business initiatives,
  • Proven strong analytical abilities and translate insights into strategic and tactical plans,
  • Passion for building and maintaining relationships,
  • Entrepreneurial spirit,
  • Advanced in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc. as well as Nielsen),
  • Advanced English.
