Quality Assurance Specialist 

Warszawa, Mazovia Province 

We are looking for a Junior Quality Assurance Specialist to assess software quality through manual testing. You will be responsible for finding, analysing and reporting defects. In this role, You should have a keen eye for detail and good communication skills to resolve potential issues with developers. You will be also responsible for ensuring that our products, applications and systems work correctly from business point of view. If you are also competent in executing Test Cases and are passionate about quality, we’d like to meet you.


Scope of Responsibilities:

•    Create detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases;
•    Execute testing activities;
•    Identify, record, document thoroughly and track bugs;
•    Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved;
•    Collaborate with the Product Team to ensure consistent project execution;
•    Suggest solutions to identified product problems;
•    Investigate product quality in order to make improvements to achieve better customer satisfaction;
•    Identify quality assurance process bottleneck and suggest actions for improvement;


•    Min. 1 year of regular experience in Quality Assurance
•    Familiarity with manual testing of Web & Mobile applications
•    Ability to find, analyze, classify and document defects
•    Ability to work independently and complete projects with minimal direction
•    Ability to work in Agile environment
•    Working knowledge of different testing types, levels and technics
•    Working knowledge of test case development, execution and reporting
•    Strong problem solving, risk assessment and impact analysis abilities
•    Analytical mind and problem-solving aptitude
•    Basic knowledge of CSS, HTML and JavaScript



•    Experience with software testing in Healthcare/Life Sciences Companies;
•    Experience in Jira, or other bug-tracker tools;
•    Basic knowledge of REST API clients (ex. Postman);
•    Basic knowledge of Browser Developer Tools;
•    Basic knowledge of best UX practices;
