Regional BSI Manager

Regional Business Solutions & Insights Manager

Regional BSI Manager will provide a combination of commercial and technical expertise and leadership to the business on projects involving assessment, design, development, implementation and support of business solutions for marketing and sales. This position has a key role in providing actionable strategic recommendations, derived from integrating insights from market research, competitive intelligence, analytics, forecasting, CRM data. The role requires an end-to-end management of the projects, the vendor, budget and the services.

 

General responsibilities within this position will typically cover:

  • Deliver against agreed strategy and objectives on time, within budget and quality
  • Ensure alignment with global and regional RB standards and services provided to the business
  • If required, lead the design, development and deployment of global solutions in line with global standards
  • Ongoing cross functional partnership with IT and business unit top management to understand business fundamentals, design and build analytical tools that enable help deliver key insights
  • Manage budgets and resources across work streams ensuring cost effectiveness
  • Identify opportunities for the beneficial application of IT solutions and leads the implementation of existing IT services and development of new strategic and tactical IT solutions to business needs
  • Implementing enterprise level projects and innovative and effective tool covering all the business needs for sales and marketing divisions
  • Understanding Sales and Marketing operations and future growth strategy – both offline and online
  • Designing technology solutions roadmap in line with key business priorities
  • Deploy and manage technology solutions as per the roadmap
  • Project Management and consistently managing deadlines and planning tasks across multiple resources and work streams

 

Is this you?

  • Good understanding of a recognized Project Management Methodology
  • Experience in implementation innovative IT solutions (e.g. in digital marketing, e-commerce, artificial intelligence solutions)
  • Knowledge of web technologies adopted by RB including: Salesforce, Power BI or other BI tool, JDE/SAP (welcomed), SQL (welcomed)
  • Experience in providing IT solutions for marketing and sales area (also in digital marketing, artificial intelligence solutions)
  • Candidate must have a high level of commercial acumen and experience in cooperation with sales and marketing divisions, be able to demonstrate a detailed understanding of commercial business processes and their interdependencies
  • Proven experience with business and technical requirements analysis, elicitation, modelling, verification and methodology development
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal including active listening (English is a must, additional European language will be an advantage)
  • Understanding of basic integration tools and SFA solutions will be a benefit
