Regional BSI Manager Poland&EE, Hygiene

The role objective is to:

  • Be part of Regional Management team and set and manage key business, IT and Business Solutions and Insights priorities
  • Enable sales, gross margin, enhanced forecast accuracy and other business KPI improvements through data access democratization and insight generating projects that lead to data-driven decision making
  • Work with the regional management team & Global Media and BSI teams to Establish and lead Digital marketing and Ecommerce capabilities across Eastern Europe
  • Bring and drive top-notch technological solutions for current business problems and when needed ensure their technical implementation and adoption by the business



  • Budget definition and alignment for IT & BSI annually for Eastern Europe
  • IT & BSI strategy definition and alignment with Eastern Europe and EU/ANZ BSI Director
  • Accountable for IT-related audit results, action plans and follow up
  • Manage IT & BSI team from an execution and career stand-point
  • Act as IT & BSI escalation ultimate contact for local decisions or help needed from personnel outside IT& BSI
  • Identify opportunities for expansion of solutions and processes to other areas and countries in Europe to multiply their benefits
  • Act as the key stakeholder/sponsor for the Analytics program in the region as well as other work prioritized by the region related to other areas (sales, marketing, finance, supply etc.)
  • BCP definition and alignment in conjunction with RH, Legal and corporate security teams for RB HyHo offices, plants and DCs Eastern Europe


  • Proactive mindset, excellent communication and very independent with ability to lead initiatives end to end and able to create and manage business/IT agenda with key senior stakeholders in the company
  • Proven experience in working with Sales, Marketing/Digital and supply areas within the company.  Also, open to considering people who have worked in these functions with a technology mindset or educational background
  • Business and/or IT Degree qualified
  • Have worked & lead projects in areas of leveraging data & analytics to address business problems in areas of Sales, Marketing, Digital & Supply, etc.
  • Have worked/lead projects with E-commerce technologies/business will be an added advantage 
  • At least 5 years' experience of managing and leading teams/projects
