Regulatory Affairs Associate

Location: Warszawa, Poland  


Regulatory Affairs Associate delivers the regulatory and compliance program for all Reckitt Benckiser Household products, leading to the growth of the Poland business. He/she works to ensure on-time delivery of registrations for HyHo products. Regulatory Affairs Associate is a key partner in developing the right portfolio strategy for brilliant innovation and activation in our markets.


  • Deliver all activities related to the implementation of regulatory and product safety strategies for Reckitt Benckiser Hygiene & Home products within the business in Poland
  • Manage and co-ordinate the resolution of regulatory and product safety issues affecting the Poland Hygiene & Home products
  • Provide regulatory affairs support and consultancy to internal and external customers within the Poland business in a professional way
  • Work closely with external partners, contractors, and licensees to ensure that regulatory affairs issues are properly managed and resolved
  • Assist the Regulatory Director Poland & EE to implement Company regulatory, safety & environmental policies, guidelines, and procedures
  • Other tasks assigned by the manager


  • Academic degree level in Chemistry, Biological Science or equivalent degree
  • Ability to understand and interpret directives and regulatory guidelines and communicate them effectively to the relevant stakeholders
  • Fluent in English
  • Minimum 2 years experience working within a Regulatory Affairs environment either in the Chemical industry or Governmental or laboratory environment
  • Ability to develop, communicate and execute regulatory strategy for advancing RB growth in close alignment with Regulatory initiatives
  • Contributes to increasing business results by addressing the needs of the customers
  • Participates in developing new products, line extensions, and product improvements
  • Acts on opportunities to improve the business and willingly takes risks
  • Basic Excel
