You will...

  • Assist in training and maintenance of the team, and grow the Marketing Cloud skill set across the team  
  • Manage a team to consistent success, regarding business and stakeholder management 
  • Deploy the support and delivery model between the all Reckitt’s BUs and create a harmonized process between them. 
  • Make sure that COB for the 3 BUs by securing the resources, domain knowledge and documentation. 
  • Closely cooperate with the Consumer Product Delivery Owner to deliver the roadmap items within budget, scope and time 
  • Implement the Delivery Excellence with the SFMC by implementing the best ITIL standards, service catalogue, process and documentation harmonisation. 
  • Develop/Implement future support and maintenance for the SFMC 
  • Collaborate and suppor the PODs to help them to create internal competencies 
  • Work with the Project Managers and Salesforce Professional Services on the delivery roadmap and plans. 
  • Look after the internal SFMC Community to reach to Digital IQ expansion.
  • Be responsible for environment setup and maintenance in cooperation Salesforce Architect and the Product Manager 
  • Stay informed on upcoming releases/upgrades. Present major changes and risks to the customer  
  • Understand overall solution and impacts of incoming changes from project releases and application maintenance 
  • Engage with vendor and resolve outstanding issues  
  • Responsible for Backup, Restore, Data masking, User management, Data Migration  
  • Cooperate with Salesforce Architect and Product Manager in new support/DevOps tools introduction  
  • Making sure all systems/applications have proper documentation   
  • Work on SFMC platform for creating and executing marketing campaigns.

You`ll succeed If You have…

  • Should have 3+ years of  SFMC Email Marketing Tool experience  
  • Deep understanding of Journey Builder and Automation Studio  
  • Good Experience in SQL   
  • Experience in using Integration technologies   
  • Experience in Data model design   
  • Expertise in Campaign Orchestration, Life cycle programs and personalization   
  • Expertise in Marketing data optimization and List cleansing  
  • Experience using Source Control Management tools (GitHub, BitBucket)  
  • Good Business understanding of Digital Marketing   
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills 
  • English - Professional working proficiency  
  • Experience with AMPScript  
  • In-depth knowledge of team performance metrics  
  • Previous Salesforce development experience  
  • Proven analytical skills and an effective problem-solver  
  • Salesforce Certified Consultant OR Salesforce Certified Administrator 
  • Proven work experience as a team leader or supervisor  
  • Organizational and time-management skills  
  • Nice to have: Experience with SSJS and Salesforce Certified Developer Certification
