Supply Projects Manager purpose of the role is to lead process improvement projects in the PL&EE region (4 clusters: Poland & Baltics, Czech & Slovakia, Hungary & Adriatics, Romania, Bulgaria & Moldova), with special focus on the demand planning, through process mapping and standardization and implementation of new systems. The role is temporarily managing the Master Data team. 

 

On the role you will:

  • define and implement process improvements in Supply Area for the region
  • work on key projects like:
    • implementation and full utilization of IBP in the region for the S&OP
    • organization of sourcing and stocking strategy for common SKU's within the region
    • development common standard reporting, based on region needs and best practices
  • identify further simplification opportunities in the way of working in the region
  • cooperate internally with Supply team, Manufacturing, Finance, Sales, Marketing, Regulatory and Regional Logistics Team and externally with 3PL and Logistic Departments of the partners

 

You’ll succeed because you have:

  • proven-track experience in supply chain planning, ideally demand planning gained in FMCG or similar industry
  • educational background with at least on Bachelor or Engineer degree
  • commercial awareness – you understand the impact of Supply decisions on business profitability
  • people management experience – you are able to influence people of all levels – previous proven experience in leading, managing and developing teams, will be an asset but is not necessary
  • ability to communicate and work effectively in a team oriented environment
  • project planning and management skills
  • flexibility in thinking and pragmatic problem solving skills
  • numeric and financial appraisal skills
  • advanced Excel, Access, PowerPoint, as well as good knowledge of SQL and SAP (APO, SNP, BI, BW, ECC6)
