The IT Vendor Relationship Executive is responsible for building and managing relationships with those who supply  IT products and services to the organization, ensuring that vendors meet or exceed their contractual obligations.

•    Prepare description of services (in future build services catalogue) to accelerate scaling;

•    Evaluate potential suppliers using developed and agreed criteria to support alignment and understanding of the expectations and requirements of engagement;

•    Prepare and manage RFI/RFP to the vendors (in collaboration with business owners);

•    Prepare and manage contracts with vendors/agencies (assure that legal, compliance and security requirements are in contract);

•    Manage vendors/agencies onboarding:

o    define the process 
o    collect and prepare resources  
o    organize and manage the process 
o    provide support during onboarding 

•    Build and maintain relations with the vendors on a current basis;

•    Build and maintain vendors/agencies database – including information about capabilities and team competencies;

•    Monitor and report on the performance of selected vendors to ensure delivery in line with contractual obligations and performance metrics, gathering feedback/lessons learned. Works to establish and integrated view of performance, both vendor and product/platform specific;

•    Establishes R0B – Monthly forecast / delivery status and quarterly QBRs aligned to Platform QBRs;

•    Manages internal capacity forecast aligned to vendor/skillset availability;

•    Owns vendor budget/spend – allocates and optimizes as needed;

•    Manage outward communication to vendors to facilitate understanding and awareness of organizational strategic direction, changes and challenges;

•    Manage the interaction between vendors and internal customers to provide adequate visibility of interdependent initiatives and programs;

•    Liaise with internal business stakeholders to review, report on and revise contractual agreements as necessary;

•    Actively seek for new vendors/agencies that has specific competences, building a partner network.




•    Experience in vendor management, procurement & management support, supply management, supplier relationship management in IT environment;

•    Experience working in a complex environment interacting with multiple stakeholders in different business units;

•    Outstanding writing, training, presentation and facilitation skills;

•    Demonstrable ability to self-manage, be proactive, take ownership, build relationships and drive solutions through from inception to production.




•    Ability to conduct presentations and trainings;

•    Database tool experience.
