Borderless Operations Associate

Reporting to the Borderless Business Dev Mgr, ASEAN, Reckitt is looking for an analytical & organized Borderless Operations Associate to drive excellence for cross border business in APAC region. As an integral member of a dynamic borderless team, you will be given extensive and diverse responsibilities and will play a key role in supporting the business development of the overall region. Success in this role will open multiple opportunities to grow either locally or regionally.

Three key areas which you will be contributing to the success of the Borderless business:

  1. Driving execution of business plan and influencing the development of future plans with data and insights.
  2. Supporting business development of key channels (offline & online) within cross border business including distributors, platforms and media performance.
  3. Owning the analysis and optimization of KPIs to drive performance excellence on the team.


  • Relevant Degree qualifications
  • Entrepreneurial talent with 5+ years of sales, trade marketing / business development experience. Experience in whitespace expansion & new sales model development & execution is a plus.
  • Prior experience includes frontline sales / international trade / exports. Launching and growing new brands working with cross-functional, global teams. International working + ecommerce experience preferred.
  • Ability to drive new business – entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Relationship builder with strong focus & passion for delivering targets.
  • Strong creative, analytical, strategic thinking and problem-solving skills. Ability to deal with ambiguity and work in unstructured environments. Be comfortable with fast paced, high-pressure environment.
  • Leadership and interpersonal skills capable of building strong working relationships and influencing and customers and internal teams. Strong commercial understanding of business issues/opportunities.
  • Tenacious and resilient, driven to achieve even when faced with obstacles.
