We are looking for a Global Marketing Manager to join our Category Development Organisation for our Infant and Child Nutrition category. 

 

As you the Global Marketing Manager you will: 

 

•    Develop and implement integrated marketing plans that leveraged children’s products marketing as key growth driver which significantly grow sales and market share for products at various stages of life cycle.

 

SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES

 

  • Work with advertising agencies, develop concepts and package design, manage the television advertising process, program development and execution.
  • Work effectively on cross-functional teams, in particular PD, NS and RA, to achieve goals and objectives.
  • Strategic planning, annual planning, product development, packaging, promotion, positioning, pricing, and market research.  Converting market research insights into specific actions.
  • Coordinate with lead markets in Marketing, R&D, SC, GCI etc.
  • Influence others with different background, to foresee, identify, and proactively remove barriers to achieve the target.

QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

 

  • Ideally a combination of marketing and product development experience.
  • 6- 9 years of increasing levels of responsibility with strong experience in significant consumer healthcare or medical /pharma products/brand marketing/new product/package development roles. 
  • Strong understanding of marketing concepts, strategic positioning, advertising, trade marketing, business planning.
  • Knowledge of relevant consumer market, health care environment and competitive forces.
  • Understanding of the perspectives and motivational drives of marketing teams and trade sales forces.
  • Understanding of consumer research methodologies and interpretation of research data and analysis.
  • Knowledge of financial management, budgeting and forecasting.
  • Bachelor’s degree. Masters degree is preferred
