Media & Search Manager, eCommerce

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Performance Marketing for Marketplace eCommerce:
    • Define performance marketing strategy both in-platform (within e-tailers’ ecosystem) and outplatform.
    • Quickly identify and onboard the right media channels and technology partners to execute on that strategy.
    • KPI is Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) and performance marketing attributed sales revenue.
    • Continually improve & optimise media investment to maximise revenue generation.
    • Work closely with marketplace partners to find opportunities & bridge gaps of media investment performance.
    • Proactive in identifying whitespace opportunities for growth (sales, demand generation).
    • Working with large amounts of data to make data-driven learnings & recommendations not limited to media campaign, but also UX and promo mechanics. 
  • Internal Engagement & Coordination:
    • Closely work with internal partners to ensure best campaigns coordination: eCRM, brand marketing, eCommerce commercial teams.
    • Become RB subject matter expert in ASEAN on media & search as pertains to eCommerce. 


Is this you?

  • Relevant Degree qualification.
  •  At least 5 years of online media and search experience, ideally associated with eCommerce, at a consumer brand and/or media agency.
  • Solid experience working on direct response paid search & social campaigns, managing accounts and performance directly and through specialized agencies.
  • Strong analytical skills and logical thinking; ROI focus while able to test and learn fast.
  • Strong ownership, hands-on and good at dealing with ambiguity in a start-up like environment.
  • Curious, agile & passionate about the e-commerce space and changing consumer behaviours.
  • Thrives in fast-paced and results-driven environment.
  • Excels at working with internal stakeholders and third parties/agencies responsible for program execution.
  • Excellent planning, time and deadline management skills.
  • Highly proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
