Operations Manager, Direct To Consumer

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Project manage RB Brand store operation including complete fulfilment cycle RB inbound management to Consumer receipt/return.
  • Create best in class experience – payments, post purchase communication, packaging, lead times, last mile delivery, complaints mgmt.
  • Strategic responsibility of ASEAN fulfilment footprint and partnerships.
  • Drive and win through best in class PFR and service level ensuring 99%% serviceability.
  • Driving forecast and S&OP process with regional supply teams (per country per brand).
  • OTIF project management with cross functional and diverse internal and external teams.
  • Driving change through internal stake holders ensuring alignments and clarity of Direct To Consumer (D2C) strategies.
  • Manage fulfilment vendor partners, lead negotiations with regards to rates & contracts, optimize processes and drive innovations with partners that deliver Consumer WOW. 

 

Is this you?

  • Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Business, Operation, Engineering.
  • 3 to 5 years of supply and operational environment – preferably in CPG and B2C/DT/Online/eCom environment.
  • Self-motivated, highly flexible and takes the initiative to do what's needed.
  • Strong track record of managing supply chains in a fast-paced ecommerce environment.
  • Tech savvy and knowledgeable in current trends, innovations and best practices in eCommerce, Supply Chain and DTC.
  • Experience managing fulfilment partners and vendors.
  • Experience from nutrition, medicinal, medical products is preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail.
  • Exceptionally strong communications and presentation skills.
  • Ability to handle ambiguity.
  • Achievement focused and able to work in a direct and often pressurized environment.
