Roles & Responsibilities

  • Operating as part of the Global Supplier Quality Lead team, ensuring global supplier quality metrics are reported as per the timelines.  Drive improvements in metric reporting through the use of technologies.
  • Lead and / or work with cross functional teams and suppliers on the supplier quality improvement projects with Procurement, R&D and supply ensuring ongoing compliance with appropriate regulations, applicable Good Manufacturing Practices, and RB IFCN requirements.
  • Provide SME support for supplier quality projects through an excellent understanding of RB Nutrition Quality systems, Category & Supplier knowledge, HACCP 2.0 and FSSC 22000.
  • Lead QMS implementation related to supplier management.
  • Maintain PRP standard related to supplier management and SOP’s relating to Global Supplier Quality management.
  • Maintain supplier database, track and monitor supplier audit schedule compliance.
  • Support site inspection relating to supplier management.
  • Maintain RMAQ reviews of existing suppliers according to their review period.
  • Identify, communicate and escalate potential issues to Nutrition Global Quality Leadership Team (GQLT) as needed.
  • Any other tasks or responsibilities as assigned.

 

Is this you?

  • Min. a Degree in Life Sciences or relevant.
  • Min. 5 years of working experience in a quality and / or regulatory function.
  • Experience working in in multicultural environment. • Infant Formula category background strongly desired.
  • Broad knowledge of Nutrition quality systems & regulations.
  • Operational knowledge and understanding in FSSC 22.000.
  • Excellent project management skills and an ability to handle multiple complex projects.
  • Deep working knowledge of HACCP.
  • Strong skills in problem solving.
  • An early adopter of new technologies. Microsoft PowerBI intermediate level is an asset, proficient with excel and other tools for data analytics.
