Regional Audit Compliance Manager

Reporting to the Global Head Quality Audit AMESA, NoA & ASEAN, you’ll be responsible to act as an independent assurer of quality and compliance throughout RB operations in DvM area of Nutrition, including ensuring 100% compliance with Local Regulations/Regulatory Requirements and minimum RB standards, reviewing and maintaining RB’s Functions (i.e. manufacturing facilities, commercial units, DCs, Embellishers) compliance with ISO, FSSC, ICH, EMA, FDA, MHRA, MCC and ANVISA standards as applicable. The role will be part of the Compliance team and part of the broader global SQC team. This role will lead quality assurance audits, inspections (internal and external) and monitor procedures against Standard Operation Procedures (SOPS), methods, protocols and relevant regulations/ guidelines.  As such this role will have visibility and access to the highest levels of the organisation.  The role will report directly to the Global Head Quality Audits AMESA, NoA & ASEAN and will continually feed into the responsible Senior Leadership teams (GSLT, RDLT, GQLT, and SQCLT). 

 

Is this you?

  • Degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry or scientific related field.
  • 8 to 10 years’ experience working in Operations and/ or Quality capacity in Nutritional and/ or Pharmaceutical Health Industries.
  • 3 years’ experience conducting quality and compliance audits. • Experience in Nutrition quality systems, FSSC 22000, regulatory affairs or regulatory compliance preferred.
  • Good understanding of Quality and compliance regulations related to a manufacturing R&D, Distribution Centres and Commercial sites site in one or more countries.
  • Experience working with one or more of the following regulatory Agencies FDA, EPA MHRA, ANVISA, CFDA, EMA etc. • Experience in coaching, development and management of teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to work across functions, businesses and internationally.
