Roles & Responsibilities

  • Developing category and segments growth strategy, leading to a robust global innovation pipeline that is aligned with markets.
  • Providing cross-functional leadership across CDO, global functions, lead market marketing and key functions to ensure project is delivered on time according to CPS.
  • Leading multiple global NPD, EPD or BDI (Business Development Initiatives) projects across stage gates for launch, including concept development, consumer and medical messaging/claims, and packaging changes.
  • Responsible for driving P&L performance by driving incremental top-line via NPDs, EPDs & BDI, improving Gross Margin and overall productivity to enhance profitability.
  • Develop volume forecast and P&L for stage gates, working together with CI, Finance, Supply and lead markets.
  • Deployment of innovations to teams across various geographies around the world • Identifying best practices and developing Global Success Models.
  • Key point of contact representing Global Category Team with Local marketing teams across the world.
  • Support development equity and purpose platforms to drive differentiation and create a deep connection and affinity with consumers and HCPs.
  • Category Information Management and analysis, including financials, market shares and competitive information. 


Is this you?

  • Relevant Degree qualification, MBA preferred.
  • 6 to 10 years of experiences in consumer and/or healthcare marketing experience with large CPG company.
  • Experience in health nutrition categories and driving recommendations and trail via (HCPs) health care professionals.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Capable of operating effectively at the most senior levels.
  • Business focused and business acumen.
